Intuitive Coaching

Intuitive coaching is a form of coaching that combines traditional coaching techniques with intuitive insights and guidance. This approach is based on the belief that we all have an innate wisdom and intuition that can guide us towards our goals and desires.


As an intuitive coach, I can help individuals tap into their own intuition and use it to make better decisions, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals. I do this by asking powerful questions, using visualization techniques, and providing intuitive insights and guidance.

My Approach and Qualifications

My Qualifications: I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic student-practitioner, Sound Healer Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Certified, Licensed Massage Therapist, and BA in psychology from Colombia. Plus life years of experience working on self-love and trauma, within myself and others.


• Approach: My coaching approach that combines techniques from shamanic work, sound healing, self-love, and self-discovery is holistic in nature and focuses on personal growth and healing, to discover life's purpose and enhance spiritual gifts. I agree to provide spiritual coaching services to the Client, which may include but are not limited to spiritual counseling, meditation, energy healing, and guidance on personal and spiritual growth. Please find below the different approaches that will be used in the sessions of your spiritual journey, with a summary of what it is.


• Shamanic work: Shamanic techniques involve connecting with the spiritual and natural world to gain insights and healing. I can guide individuals in shamanic journeys, which are altered states of consciousness, to explore their inner selves, uncover deep-seated beliefs, and connect with their spirit guides or power animals for guidance.


• Sound Healing: Sound healing uses various sound frequencies, instruments, and vibrations to promote relaxation and emotional release. In my coaching, sound healing can be integrated through practices like meditation with singing bowls, and different types of instruments, including gongs, rattles, drums, tuning forks, rain sticks, calming music, and chimes. These sounds can help individuals release emotional blockages and achieve a sense of balance and inner peace.


• Self-Love: Self-love is a foundational aspect of this approach. I  help individuals to develop a positive self-image, cultivate self-compassion, and embrace self-acceptance. Techniques may include affirmations, self-care rituals, and gratitude practices to foster a deep sense of self-love.


• Self-Discovery: Self-discovery involves exploring one's core values, passions, and purpose in life. Coaches may use introspective exercises, journaling, and guided meditations to facilitate this process. Shamanic work can also play a role in uncovering hidden aspects of the self and understanding one's life journey.


• Breathing: Breathing techniques are practices that focus on regulating and controlling your breath to achieve various physical and mental benefits. breathing technique that suits your needs and preferences. Practicing these techniques regularly can help you manage stress, improve focus, and promote overall well-being.


My coaching approach integrates these techniques to help individuals connect with their inner wisdom, heal emotional wounds, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. It's a holistic approach that seeks to promote well-being and personal growth on spiritual, emotional, and psychological levels.
